Year Round Studio Staff (MUST BE 18+)

This customer service focused person interacts with adults and children of all ages to ensure they thoroughly enjoy their experience in our studio!

No creative experience? Don’t worry!  Our focus is on great customer service skills – we love to teach you the creative side as you grow with the organization!

This is a part-time position with shifts between 12:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Mon-Thurs and 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. on weekends.  Our culture supports work/life balance and we strive to assign shifts to accommodate team member needs while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• You thrive on pitching in for any task that needs attention – from cleaning to packing items for shipping, you are happy to help!

How you’ll spend your days:

• Instructing painters on their projects and techniques (don’t worry- we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
• Leading parties and classes for adults and children
• Recommending projects to customers
• Processing customer orders in the kiln room
• Completing all activities required to open and close the studio
• Unpacking shipments and keeping our inventory shelves stocked and organized

 All applicants must be:
...at least 18 years of age (except host/ess)
...available to work weekends
...available year-round and over major school breaks (Christmas-New Year's, Spring Break, Summer)
...punctual and dependable; have reliable transportation
...willing to learn; able to follow written instruction and able to work with little or no supervision; have good phone/verbal communication skills
...professional, hard-working and proactive
...comfortable working with a PC; have basic computer skills using google apps, internet, cameras, and basic apps
...capable of lifting a minimum of 30lbs and capable of standing/walking for a 5-hour shift without difficulty
...available a minimum of 12 hours/week
